Three things that work right now

Download the show file. FlyCue runs the whole show from that file — no account, no sync, no internet.
Print the flying plot and the cue sheet, per operator if you like. Paper never desyncs.
If it’s sync misbehaving, pick one machine as the truth, run the show from that one and put the rest on Fullscreen Mode.

It comes straight to me, not to a support queue, so nobody has to assign it to
anyone before it gets read.

What to expect: if you marked it show critical I'll come back as fast as I
physically can, and it's worth putting a phone number in your message if you
haven't — while a show is running I'd rather ring you than trade emails.
Anything else usually gets a reply within a day or two.

If something is broken right now and you can't wait for me, three things work
without any help from me at all:

1. Download the show file from the app. FlyCue runs the whole show from that
   file with no account, no sync and no internet.

2. Print the flying plot and the fly cue sheet — per operator if you like.
   Paper never desyncs.

3. If it's sync misbehaving, pick one machine as the truth, run the show from
   that one, and put everything else on Fullscreen Mode.

Between them you can get through a performance without FlyCue's cloud at all.
That is deliberate: a bad night for the internet should not be a bad night for
you.

Goes straight to the person who builds FlyCue, not a support queue. Show critical jumps ahead of everything else — but I might be up a ladder somewhere, so if the curtain is close, work the offline fallbacks too. The show file and the printed paperwork will get you through a performance without me.
